Shipping & Returns – Shit 4 Men

Straight talk, no bullshit. Here’s exactly how it works.

Everything is made to order

We don’t sit on a warehouse full of shirts. Every item is printed when you order it by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, and shipped straight to you. That means no waste, no dusty stock and no shirt that’s been sitting in a box since last year. It also means it takes a little time.

Production: usually 2 to 7 business days before it ships.
Delivery: usually 3 to 7 business days after it ships, depending on where you live.
Tracking: you’ll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Ordering several items? They may arrive in separate packages, because different items can be made at different facilities. That’s normal. Your shirt and your mug didn’t have a fight.

Shipping cost

$5 flat rate on US orders.
Free shipping on orders over $75.
We ship to addresses in the United States.

Ohio orders are charged Ohio sales tax at checkout, as the law requires.

Returns, replacements and screw-ups

Because every item is printed just for you, we can’t take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the size chart on the product page before you order. Measure twice, buy once. (We know. We never measure twice either.)

But if we screwed up, we’ll make it right. If your item arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or give you a refund, your choice.

Send your order number and a clear photo of the problem through the Bitch Box or to chief@shit4men.com.
No need to ship the item back unless we ask.
Package never showed up? Check with your neighbors and your porch, then tell us. We’ll chase it down.
Typed the wrong address? Tell us right away. Once an order is in production we may not be able to change it, and a package sent to a wrong address you entered isn’t something we can replace for free.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Contact us fast. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it’s printed, it’s yours, like a tattoo, but washable.
