Welcome to the Bitch Box, our official complaints and suggestions department. Every message gets read by a real human being, usually while sitting down, and usually with a beer.

Use it for anything: an order problem, a shirt idea, a Man Rule we forgot, a story about your brother-in-law at the grill or a heartfelt complaint that the blog is “too much.” (It isn’t. You’re too little.)

The fine print

• Order problem? Put your order number in the message and we’ll make it right. Real issues get real answers, fast.
• Design idea? If we print it, we’ll send you one free. That’s the deal.
• Just want to yell? Go for it. Get it out. We’ll read it and laugh, but in a supportive way.
• Spammers: Your message goes straight down the drain where it belongs.
